Guzel is an interior designer and a 3D visualization specialist with over 5 years of experience. During this time, she has completed more than 100 projects, including residential and commercial spaces for clients in 7+ countries. Spent the last 5 years building PropTech mobile applications as a co-founder. She holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and finance and graduated from Daria Pikova's design school.

Vitaly launched and developed his own distribution company, taking a leading position, which was successfully sold. Has over 5 years of experience in the real estate industry, including personal investments and transactions with foreign real estate. Having entered into partnerships with developers and large agencies in Thailand and Spain. Vitaly has a Master's degree in civil engineering from the Far Eastern State Transport University and experience working for large construction companies at federal sites. He also received a miniMBA in investment assets from the Open European Academy of Economics and Politics.

Andrei has over 20 years of experience in the furniture market, establishing himself as a key figure by founding his own furniture manufacturing company, which now serves more than 500 customers. A doctor with a Medical Degree, Andrei transitioned his expertise into the business sector, leveraging his analytical and strategic skills to succeed across industries. As a former product manager in a major industrial coatings company, he brings valuable knowledge in product development. In addition, Andrei has built an extensive network in the real estate industry, furniture, and materials sectors, making him a well-connected leader with deep industry insights.

Anton has spent the past 7 years founding startups in areas ranging from VR and blockchain to AI and machine learning. Since 2018, he has narrowed his focus to AI/ML and founded an artificial intelligence lab in the US. Anton also founded the NeuraLoom startup, which creates online video AI avatars and launches LLM-powered bots for business.
